We’re down to the last 5 days until the start of Nottdance and it’s time to focus on one of our partner venues, Lakeside Arts Centre.

Home to three performances during Nottdance, Lakeside Arts Centre has been a performance partner with Dance4 and host to some of the best dance works brought to Nottingham over the last 10 years. You’ll be able to see Nora and Deborah Hay on Friday 11 October and Luke George with Dance4’s CAT and Maribé – sors de ce corps and on Saturday 12 October,

Lakeside Arts Centre was established by The University of Nottingham in September 2001, when the Pavilion housing the newly built Djanogly Theatre first opened, adding to the University’s pre-existing arts buildings of the Djanogly Gallery and Djanogly Recital Hall. Lakeside’s ongoing development is entirely due to The University’s continued financial support for the core programme, as well as its support of Knowledge Transfer initiatives, through collaborations and partnerships with UoN students, academics and staff.
